I hate the word policy so this is how I do things

CUSTOMER CARE

I care about my customers.  That's it. I take care of you, you take care of me.  We're good.  If you have an issue, talk to me.  I'll make it right. I'm a father of 3, I already make good enough money, and have no reason to screw you over. I mean I dont make that good of money, that if you try to scew me I'll just let it go.  You know, I'm a concierge, I'll find you.  And I dont like cops. Unless they are reading this and in which case, I do mean I like police officers when they are doing their job, but c'mon. You know..  I don't need your business, I value it.  I value you and your time.  Nobody likes BS or the way customer service has gone these days. I don't put up with it and neither should you.  I'm only here for the good stuff. 

PRIVACY & SAFETY

I will not be selling or giving out your information to anyone. Period.  I consider the watch buying process to be one of the utmost confidence. Like a member of the cloth, our conversations shall be privileged unless you agree to a photo or something fun for social media, but otherwise my lips are sealed. Which brings me to my next point 

 

Let's be real, they aren't cheap.  And I don't have time for BS.  If you buy something from me, it is exactly what you are seeing, or we are talking about.  Every piece is guaranteed to be authentic.  I don't deal in fakes or knock offs.  Only the real shit baby! 

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

I don't buy or sell at wholesale. Don't call me trying to sell me something, unless of course it is a watch or car or something fun. But seriously if you send me emails about my car insurance or how I can advertise better online, I dont care.  

 I connect buyers and sellers and help people in between. I will go to the ends of the Earth to find you what you need, but I'm good on my end.  

VALIDATION/VERIFICATION

I use Bennisson for watch authentication, escrow service or for repair.  They are the best.  If you know a better one, tell me.  Always happy to learn.

  • Barter/ Am a curious man of many interests.  If you have something of value, Ask.  No harm in asking.  Unless it's a snuff film or something nasty. I'm a father of two girls. I will end you.
